Replacement Policy

Replacement is possible in the mentioned cases:

  • If the ring or bracelet size is not suitable for you and you want a different size
  • If the item is delivered in damaged condition to you (Should be contacted within 1 day of delivery with proof of the arrival of the product in the damaged condition)

Exchange Policy

Exchange is possible in the mentioned case:

  • Changing the article or design due to change of mind or choice

Refund Policy

  • Currently, we have no refund policy

How to make a replacement?

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order (any later than that won’t be entertained)
  2. Place a new order on the website of the product you want to replace the current product with. (Must mention in customer notes that it’s an exchange order and your previous order number.)
  3. Pack all the items you want to replace in its original packing with all the tags intact.
  4. Use any reliable courier service to send the package back to our office (Address will be given on contacting us)
  5. Once we receive the package at our office, our team will inspect the product for damages and signs of usage
  6. Once the above step passed, we will directly send the replacement package back to your address. (replacement delivery could take 3 – 10 days after receiving the returned product)

Note

  • The customer will bear the delivery charges in all cases
  • The replacement itself will be free of cost
  • The items should show no signs of usage/damage to get eligible for replacement or exchange (Otherwise in case of damaged/used/changed items, it will be sent back to you without exchange)
  • The product should be in its original packaging with all the tags intact (in case of damaged packaging, extra charges will be charged)
  • If there is a difference in the price of the exchange item, that price will be added or subtracted from your replacement order
