Replacement is possible in the mentioned cases:
- If the ring or bracelet size is not suitable for you and you want a different size
- If the item is delivered in damaged condition to you (Should be contacted within 1 day of delivery with proof of the arrival of the product in the damaged condition)
Exchange is possible in the mentioned case:
- Changing the article or design due to change of mind or choice
- Currently, we have strictly no refund policy
How to make a replacement?
- Pack all the items you want to replace in its original packing with all the tags intact.
- Use any reliable courier service to send the package back to our office (Address will be given on contacting us)
- Once we receive the package at our office, our team will inspect the product for damages and signs of usage
- Once the above step passed, we will directly send the replacement package back to your address.
- The customer will bear the delivery charges in all cases
- The replacement itself will be free of cost
- The items should show no signs of usage or damage to get eligible for replacement or exchange
- Send back the package in its original packaging with all the tags as well
- If you exchange the product, the delivery charges and the additional charges will be charged on the time of delivery (if any)
