How much time/ days does it take to deliver?
It takes 3-7 working days for delivery.
It’s been more than 7 working days, I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?
You can contact us, so we can launch a complaint with the courier company on your behalf.
Can I open and check the package before making the payment to the delivery rider?
No, neither Xessories, nor the courier company has the policy of opening the package before payment.
What are your delivery charges in XYZ city?
Our delivery charges are Rs. 200 through out Pakistan. Our prices don’t vary according to the areas or cities.
Do you provide same day delivery?
Yes, we only do the same day delivery in Lahore with additional charges. But the order need to be placed till 3pm and our team must be informed via insta message or email.
How much does the same day delivery costs?
The additional charges are Rs. 50.
Can I pick up my order myself and also save the delivery charges?
Yes, if you’re in Lahore, you can pick your order by yourself from our pickup point in Shadman. Contact our instagram team for more details.

Orders are placed on the website only. We don’t take orders on Dm, or whatsapp.

Can I cancel my order?
We encourage customers to place only confirmed orders, as orders are not generally cancelled; in special circumstances the orders can only be cancelled from our side that too before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a text message from the courier company with the tracking details, once the order is dispatched from our side.
How and when will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. And in case of any discrepancy in your order, Xessories team will contact you either via email or whatsapp.
Do you have an exchange policy?

You can exchange your product within 2 days after receiving.
Do you have return policy?
No, we have zero-return policy.
Is it possible to add/remove a product once the order is placed?
To add another product, the previous order will be cancelled. You will have to place a new order. But make sure you mention your previous order number and a note to cancel it, in the customer note section of the order page, otherwise both orders will be dispatched.

What to do if my elastic bracelet breaks?
In case your bracelet breaks or loosens up, we provide an extra elastic cord along with it so you fix it whenever required.
Do you give discounts/ bargain on items?
We don’t provide any discounts on items other than the sales offers. All prices mentioned on the website are fixed.
Do you provide an extra gift box?
Yes, we do provide an extra gift box which costs:

Do you provide gift wrapping or can I add chocolates along with my order?
Yes, the gift wrapping along with the ribbon and flowers costs Rs. 100.
