Best Practices for seamless delivery
- Always provide the complete house address in the right format (House#, Street#, Block, Town, City)
- Always provide a valid and active mobile number as courier company send the order details via text message, call for confirmation and the delivery person also contacts on the same contact number – Recommended to provide 2 contact numbers
- Ensure availability to collect the parcel when you receive the delivery message from the courier company
- Ensure the availability of complete payment at the time of delivery
Important Info and notes
- Delivery is handled by Leopards, TCS, Bykea Courier companies
- Keep track of messages sent by the courier
- Courier text message also has the Order Tracking id that can be used to track your order on their website (Described in detail in the next section)
- Usually, the delivery is attempted around 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- If you miss the delivery, contact the courier company the soonest (their text message contain the contact number)
- If it’s already been processed for return, contact us for redelivery

- Once you receive the text message about dispatching of your order from the courier
- Look for Order Tracking ID # in your text message

Pickup (No shipping charges)
- Now pickup your order next day from our pickup-point in Shadman, Lahore
- Delivery charges will be reduced from your total bill, which means free delivery
- Pickup timing 4 – 8 Pm
- Complete details of the pickup point will be shared on completing your order and contacting us on Instagram or email (info@xessories.pk)
Same day Delivery
- Now you can get your delivery the same day if ordered before 3 pm
- Or the next day, any time of your choice
- Additional Rs 100 delivery charges will be added to the default Rs 200 delivery charges
